The client (you) is responsible for all gasoline, vehicle maintenance, tolls, parking fees, and any car-related expenses throughout the journey. Movex provides the professional driver service only. Driver daily rate and mileage fee must be paid fully in advance before the trip begins.

Your contact and address information is used exclusively to coordinate, complete, and confirm your delivery. We may send you tracking updates via SMS and confirmation emails. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or emailing us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for any stored customer data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.
